It incorporates Nikon's CFI60 infinity-corrected optical system, which ensures excellent image quality, with high-contrast objectives, a high numerical aperture, and a long working distance. This system allows the use of various observation techniques, such as phase contrast, which is popular for unstained samples. The TS100 stands out for its compact and ergonomic design, offering minimal benchtop space while remaining robust and stable. It is available in binocular or trinocular versions, with wide-field eyepieces (10x/22 mm) and a revolver that can accommodate up to five objectives. Its ELWD (Extra Long Working Distance) condenser allows direct observation through thick culture containers, without compromising optical quality. The pre-centered, homogeneous 6V-30W halogen illumination facilitates long-term observation without eye fatigue. Illumination filters can be added according to experimental needs. Compatible with various Nikon accessories, including digital cameras and epi-fluorescence modules, the TS100 is a versatile and scalable tool, ideally suited for research or advanced cellular diagnostic environments.
