Where does the equipment sold by Rewake come from?
Our equipment comes from a variety of sources: laboratories renewing their fleet, relocations, cessation of activity, or directly from manufacturers, new and decommissioned. Each device is carefully selected for its quality and reconditioning potential.
Is the equipment guaranteed?
Yes! You have 14 days to return the device if you are not satisfied. In addition, all devices sold come with a minimum 6-month warranty, with the possibility of extending it to 18 months for certain products.
Who delivers and installs my order?
Your equipment is delivered and installed by Rewake's professional partners. They guarantee secure transport and, upon request, installation right in your laboratory.
Where does Rewake deliver?
Rewake delivers throughout mainland France. For deliveries outside mainland France or internationally, please contact us to specify shipping conditions.
What should I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

How do I get my equipment taken back by Rewake?
It's easy: go to the Trade-in Form page and fill out a request form. Provide a detailed description of your equipment and its condition. We'll contact you to determine its value and suggest a trade-in method.
Who comes to collect my equipment?
We work with a network of carriers who carefully collect your devices directly from your laboratory.
How will I be paid?
We pay for the equipment by bank transfer upon receipt at our warehouse.
How is my equipment assessed?
With information on age, cosmetic and functional condition as well as the availability of spare parts we are able to provide you with a fair price for your equipment.
Refurbishment of devices

What is the difference between refurbished and used?
Refurbished equipment is a used device that has been refurbished by our technicians. It is carefully tested, cleaned, and repaired if necessary to ensure performance equivalent to new, while offering a more competitive price.
What is the difference between used and new, decommissioned vehicles?
Used equipment has been used before, while new decommissioned equipment is equipment that has never been used but cannot be sold as new, often due to damaged packaging or minor cosmetic defects. At Rewake, decommissioned equipment retains its manufacturer's warranty!
What tests are performed on the devices?
Each device undergoes rigorous testing: functional checks, performance verification, and safety tests. Our goal? Trust and transparency in the results! Contact us to find out exactly what tests were performed on a piece of equipment.
