The Thermo Scientific Finnpipette F1 8-channel pipette is a mechanical, variable-volume pipette designed for serial pipetting (notably on microplates). It features a lightweight, ergonomic design (lightweight handle, 120° adjustable finger rest) to reduce operator fatigue. It allows for quick volume changes via a silent button with volume lock and features a "Super Blow-out" function for effective delivery of micro-volumes. Available in several ranges (e.g., 1-10 µL, 5-50 µL, 30-300 µL) depending on the model.

The Thermo Scientific 8-channel Finnpipette F1 is specifically designed to optimize laboratory productivity by partially automating liquid handling in microplate or multiple formats. It combines performance, ergonomics, and reliability in a format suitable for the simultaneous pipetting of eight samples. Ergonomics and comfort: It features a lightweight handle and low-force tip ejection, which limits muscle fatigue and the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The finger rest is adjustable up to 120°, allowing for comfortable use by both right- and left-handed operators. The volume adjustment mechanism is silent and requires reduced force (over 50% less force compared to previous models). Technical features: Secure volume locking: to prevent accidental changes during intensive pipetting. "Super Blow-out": 150% increase in air boost to ensure complete liquid delivery, particularly for models ≤ 50 µL to prevent capillary action. Compatible with a wide range of tip accessories (Finntip™, Flex™, etc.) adapted for 8 channels and different volumes.
