The Thermo Scientific Finnpipette F1 8-channel is a high-end mechanical multichannel micropipette, developed for microplate pipetting applications that demand speed, comfort and precision. It is available in 8, 12 or 16 channel versions, covering various volume ranges (e.g. 1-10 µL, 5-50 µL, 10-100 µL, 30-300 µL) depending on the model. Its ergonomic design includes a 120° adjustable finger rest, a silent volume adjustment mechanism with more than 50% less force than previous versions, and a secure volume lock to prevent any accidental adjustments during use. The "Super Blow-out" function allows for an over-pressure of air (up to +150%) on low volume models (≤50 µL) to ensure complete delivery of the liquid and prevent the capillary effect. Compatible with Finntip™ tips (and Flex, Filter variants depending on version), it guarantees excellent sealing, reducing sample loss and improving reproducibility. Thanks to its lightweight construction, low tip ejection force and multi-channel head optimized for plates, it helps to limit fatigue during intensive pipetting.
