Thermo Scientific Finnpipette F2 multichannel 12-channel micropipette

The Finnpipette F2 12-channel is a multi-channel variable volume mechanical pipette designed for intensive laboratory use. It is available in several volume ranges (e.g. 1-10 µL, 5-50 µL, 10-100 µL, 30-300 µL) depending on the model. The body is robust, made with PVDF components that resist harsh chemicals and the effects of UV light. It is fully autoclavable without the need for complete disassembly, simplifying sterilization and reducing downtime. It includes a detachable tip cone for easy daily maintenance. Compatible tips mainly include Finntip (standard), Finntip Flex, filter tips depending on the volume range. For low volume models (≤ 50 µL) a function called “Super Blow-Out” is integrated, which increases the airflow (~150%) to ensure complete distribution of small volumes and limit capillary effects. Ergonomics are well thought out: a 120° adjustable finger rest for greater comfort, a rotating head to correctly align the tips on the rows of the multi-well plates, a volume lock to prevent accidental changes to the setting. Accuracy and precision tolerances comply with the applicable ISO standard; for example, a 12-channel 5-50 µL model has a maximum accuracy of ±0.75% at maximum volume, and an imprecision (coefficient of variation) of around 2%.
