Aesthetic condition: Very good
The Multiskan SkyHigh is a UV/Vis microplate reader with monochromator, designed for fast and versatile photometric and turbidimetric measurements (endpoint, kinetic, spectral). It covers a wavelength range from 200 to 1000 nm and can read a 96-well plate in approximately 6 s (384 wells in ~10 s). It supports 6-48, 96, 384-well plates as well as μDrop/μDrop Duo plates for microvolumes of DNA, RNA and proteins. The touchscreen models offer an intuitive standalone interface, with integrated protocols for UV-Vis quantifications and a virtual pipetting tool. It also includes linear stirring and incubation (room temperature +2 °C to 45 °C).
