The SMEG GW6290DS high-capacity glassware washer is designed to meet the rigorous demands of laboratories regarding cleaning, safety, and performance. Featuring an AISI 316L stainless steel chamber and an AISI 304 external structure, it ensures excellent chemical resistance and optimal durability. This model offers high operational flexibility thanks to its 20 standard and 20 customizable programs, accessible via an intuitive touchscreen. It can process various types of glassware on up to three washing levels while maintaining optimal efficiency. The high-performance drying system, adjustable between 40 and 115 °C, is paired with a 270 W turbine and a 5000 W heating element, ensuring rapid and uniform drying. Optionally, an H14 HEPA filter (99.995% efficiency) can be integrated to ensure a controlled environment. Designed with user safety in mind, the GW6290DS is equipped with an electromagnetic door lock, an emergency opening system, and a balanced door for easier handling. It also incorporates automatic detergent and neutralizer dosing solutions, with the option to add additional pumps. With a gross tank volume of 465 liters, this glassware washer is ideal for laboratories requiring high capacity while maintaining a controlled noise level (max. 66 dBA).
