The TRIONYX H06 filtration fume hood is a chemical fume hood with no external connection, designed to capture and filter chemical vapors and dust directly inside the hood, preventing any release to the outside. It complies with AFNOR standard NF X 15-211 class 2, features air velocity control from 0.4 to 0.6 m/s, and can integrate 1 to 3 filtration modules (HEPA H14 and activated carbon) depending on the chemical handling requirements.
Reconditioning and verification

All our hoods are decontaminated and rigorously tested in the workshop to ensure compliance. Upon installation, qualification is required and can be performed by Rewake upon request.

Aesthetic condition
The TRIONYX H06 fume hood is a self-contained laboratory fume hood designed for handling volatile, corrosive, or dusty chemicals without requiring external ventilation. It operates by filtering the air drawn into the hood through modular filter modules, thus eliminating the release of pollutants into the external environment. Operation and Filtration: Modular Filtration: The hood can accommodate 1 to 3 filter columns combining an HEPA H14 filter (for fine particles) and high-performance activated carbon filters (for organic and/or corrosive vapors), suitable for liquid or powdered chemicals. No External Exhaust: The design without external venting means that all pollutants are captured by the internal filters, making it suitable for rooms without dedicated air extraction. Safety standard: Compliant with AFNOR NF X 15-211 Class 2, guaranteeing recognized filtration performance for the safe handling of hazardous chemicals. Airflow control: Continuous monitoring of the air velocity at the front, typically between 0.4 and 0.6 m/s, ensures stable extraction of vapors to the filters, promoting operator protection. Saturation monitoring: The fume hood is generally equipped with a filter clogging monitoring system with visual and audible alarms (Filtralarme), and a sampling port at the front to assess the condition of the filters. Construction and ergonomics: Robust structure: The frame is made of corrosion-resistant white epoxy-coated steel, with PMMA windows on several sides for good visibility of the work area. Adaptable dimensions: Available in several widths (e.g., 600 to 1500 mm), with an ergonomic front opening (1 or 2 hand openings, or trapezoidal shape) facilitating access for handling. Included accessories: often supplied with an hour meter, airflow controller, cable entry points, and can be optionally equipped with work surfaces, spill containment trays, lighting, or support furniture. Typical use: The TRIONYX H06 is used in laboratories where external extraction is not possible or desired, for working with toxic, corrosive, or volatile chemicals, while ensuring protection of the operator and the immediate environment through certified internal filtration.
