The Corning® LSE™ compact centrifuge is a benchtop model with a maximum capacity of 6 x 50 mL or 12 x 15 mL, and a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm (4,185 × g). It accepts both conical and rounded-bottom tubes and features a digital control panel with a dial for precise parameter adjustment. Safety features include an electronic lid lock, overspeed protection, and an automatic stop system in case of imbalance. Cold room compatible, it is ideal for applications requiring fast and reliable sample separation.
Reconditioning and verification

All of our reconditioned centrifuges are tested according to Decree 2008-244 with more than 30 control points. These tests ensure optimal operation in complete safety.

The Corning® LSE™ compact centrifuge is designed for life science and industrial research laboratories, offering a reliable and compact centrifugation solution. It features angled rotors and a swing rotor that can accommodate up to six 5 mL tubes, providing flexibility for various sample types. The digital control panel has a large display and a dial for easy parameter adjustment. An internal microprocessor ensures precise control of the operation, with ten acceleration and deceleration levels and a speed range of 200 rpm to 6,000 rpm. For safety, the centrifuge is equipped with an electronic lid lock, overspeed protection, and an automatic shutdown system in case of imbalance detection. It is also cold room compatible, allowing for use in temperature-controlled environments. Its compact design (dimensions: 28 × 37 × 25 cm) allows for easy installation on a benchtop, thus optimizing workspace. Rotors are sold separately, offering the possibility of choosing those best suited to the specific needs of the laboratory.
