It offers a maximum capacity of 220 g with a resolution of 0.0001 g (0.1 mg), enabling reliable and reproducible measurements for demanding analyses. The balance has a typical repeatability of 0.00008 g (≤ 5% of the maximum load) and a maximum linearity deviation of ±0.0002 g, ensuring excellent accuracy. Calibration is external, as with the PR224 model. Its digital display clearly shows the weight, stability status, tare, and units of measurement. Key functions include zeroing, tare, unit switching, and data transmission via an RS232 port, allowing connection to a computer or printer. The PR224 is designed for indoor use within a temperature range of 10 to 30 °C and a maximum relative humidity of 80%. It operates on a 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz power supply, with an adapter providing 12 V DC. Leveling is facilitated by an integrated spirit level and adjustable feet.
