Reconditioning and verification

In the event of an irreparable breakdown or a spare part being unavailable, we will refund the device and arrange for its return. Products marked as "new, open-box" come with a 24-month warranty.
A 24-month extended warranty is available for all products. Please specify this in your quote request.
Delivery and installation

Delivery is carried out by parcel or pallet. Delivery times will be communicated to you after you have submitted a quote request.
For heavy or bulky equipment, request an on-site installation!
