Infors HT Minitron incubator shaker

The Infors HT Minitron is a compact incubator shaker that delivers Multitron-level performance in a reduced footprint (800 x 625 x 700 mm), making it ideal for laboratories where space is limited. Two units can be stacked to double capacity without additional floor space. Its 480 x 420 mm tray accommodates a wide range of vessels, from microplates to 5 L Erlenmeyer flasks. Orbital shaking is available with a 25 mm throw (20 to 400 rpm) or a 50 mm throw (20 to 350 rpm), with ±1% precision and a maximum load of 12 kg. The powerful, quiet drive features dynamic balancing that limits nuisance shutdowns and manual adjustments. Temperature is adjustable from 4 to 65 °C: up to 5 °C above ambient in the standard version, and down to 16 °C below ambient with the cooling option. For mammalian or insect cell culture, the Minitron can be equipped with active CO2 control (1 to 20%) and direct steam humidification (20 to 85% RH) to limit evaporation; its highly airtight chamber reduces CO2 consumption to a level comparable to that of a static incubator. The intuitive screen, easy-to-clean chamber, and 230 V power supply (500 W in base configuration) make it a versatile piece of equipment, suitable for both routine microbiology and demanding cell cultures.
