The gold-colored sample plate enhances compatibility with the wide range of chemicals and sample types used in modern laboratories. Predefined protein quantification methods include direct UV, Bradford, BCA, Biuret, and Lowry assays, with the ability to achieve up to 27 standards. Precise assays of small volumes from 0.5 to 5 μl preserve valuable samples. Two path lengths are available: 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm. With the convenient drop-reading sample plate, no cuvette or capillary is required. Predefined nucleic acid quantification methods include concentration and purity. This UV-visible spectrophotometer enables rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of nucleic acid and protein samples. No PC required: A large, high-resolution graphical display allows for quick reading of relevant results. Calibration curves, kinetics, or ratio measurements are displayed at the touch of a button. The hydrophobic plate reduces sample transfer and allows for excellent sample recovery.
