The ZWYR-2102 double-layer shaking incubator is a professional laboratory instrument designed to maintain stable temperature and shaking conditions in microbiological, cell, and biochemical culture processes. It has an internal volume of approximately 330 L with two superimposed orbital shaking trays (dimensions approximately 734 × 458 mm each), effectively doubling the culture flask capacity. Temperature is controlled by a refrigeration and heating system capable of operating over a wide range of approximately 4°C to 60°C, with homogeneous heat distribution thanks to forced air circulation. This refrigeration capability allows for frost-free, low-temperature incubation, facilitated by an automatic defrosting system. The shaking motion is orbital, with a shaking amplitude of approximately 26 mm, adjustable between 30 and 300 rpm, ensuring consistent mixing of the samples. The user interface typically includes a digital control panel (LCD) that displays and allows programming of temperature, stirring speed, and duration, with parameter retention after a power outage.
