Reconditioning and verification

All our refurbished thermal cyclers are decontaminated and then operationally tested. We verify overshoot, ramp rate, well-to-well uniformity, and temperature accuracy. A performance report details the results obtained.

Delivery is carried out by parcel or pallet. Delivery times will be communicated to you after you have requested a quote.

Cosmetic condition
The Agilent AriaDx Real-Time PCR System is a quantitative benchtop thermal cycler designed for molecular biology diagnostic and research applications. It features a 96-well block with 6 fluorescent detection channels (FAM, HEX/VIC, ROX, Cy5, Cy5.5, and SYBR/EvaGreen), allowing for up to 6-plex multiplexing per well. The temperature range extends from 4 °C to 99 °C with excellent thermal uniformity (± 0.25 °C). The instrument integrates a color touchscreen and AriaDx software for direct on-device analysis, without the need for an external PC. CCD camera detection combined with an LED source ensures high sensitivity and reproducibility. The AriaDx also supports High Resolution Melt (HRM) analysis for allele discrimination and variant detection. Ethernet and USB connectivity facilitate integration into a laboratory network. With a typical run time of 40 to 60 minutes, the system can process up to approximately 1,000 samples per standard workday.
