Reconditioning and verification

All our refurbished thermal cyclers are decontaminated and then functionally tested. We check for overshoot, heating rate, deviation from the mean, and temperature uniformity. A test report documents the results obtained.

Product guaranteed for 12 months after delivery.
In the event of an irreparable breakdown or a spare part being unavailable, we will refund the device and arrange for its return. Products marked as "new, open box" come with a 24-month warranty.
A 24-month warranty extension is available for all products. Please specify this in your quote request.
Delivery and installation

Delivery is carried out by parcel or pallet. Delivery times will be communicated to you after your quote request has been submitted.
For heavy or bulky equipment, request an on-site installation!
