Developed notably for PIPseq sample preparation protocols intended for single-cell analysis, it combines a heating and cooling system with precise temperature control. The device offers a setting range of -10 to 100 °C, a control accuracy of ±0.5 °C, and a heated lid that can reach 105 °C to limit condensation and sample evaporation. Its touchscreen allows for programming protocols of up to 10 steps and 99 cycles. Thanks to its interchangeable blocks and compact design, the FBS-SCR-PDB is a versatile solution for incubations, enzymatic reactions, and sample preparation operations requiring reproducible thermal conditions.
