Its careful design allows for optimal heat transfer, minimizing temperature variations and ensuring reproducible and reliable results. Designed to be perfectly compatible with the Matrix Orbital Delta plus and Matrix Delta plus thermoshakers, this accessory is automatically identified by the instrument via an interface integrated into the locking mechanism. Replacement is quick and intuitive thanks to an ergonomic lever, facilitating accessory changes in seconds, without compromising on safety or precision.
The MJ Research PTC‑100 is a programmable PCR thermal cycler capable of processing both 96-well microplates and 60 × 0.5 mL tubes. It covers a temperature range of 0°C to 105°C with a thermal accuracy of ±0.3°C and a well-to-well uniformity of ±0.4°C, ensuring reproducible experiments. Its fast-ramp Peltier system (up to 1°C/s for 60-well and 1.2°C/s for 96-well) accelerates thermal cycling, while the integrated Hot Bonnet™ heating lid provides oil-free sealing thanks to its manual pressure and height adjustment.
