The Finnpipette F1 12-channel is a variable-volume, multichannel mechanical pipette designed for repetitive liquid handling in multi-well plates. It is available in several volume ranges: 1-10 µL, 5-50 µL, 10-100 µL, 30-300 µL depending on the model. It offers a lightweight, ergonomic design to reduce fatigue, including a 120° adjustable finger rest for left- or right-handed comfort. Volume adjustment is via a push-button; lift to set, then lower to lock the volume to prevent accidental adjustment. Tip attachment and ejection forces are low, improving comfort during extended use. It is compatible with Finntip, Finntip Flex, and filter versions depending on the range. Accuracy and precision tolerances comply with ISO 8655. For example, for the 12-channel 10-100 µL model, the maximum inaccuracy is around ±1.30 µL and the imprecision (standard deviation) is around ±1.30%; smaller volumes have proportional tolerances. The pipette also features the “Super Blow-Out” function for models ≤50 µL: this increases the airflow to ensure complete dispensing of small volumes and limit capillary effects. Warranty typically 5 years depending on the market.
