• The Countess™ II automated cell counter offers a user interface
intuitive and allows you to record data and generate a report that can
then be transferred to a PC using the USB key provided with
the instrument or available separately.
• The cells to be counted are loaded into the instrument either on slides of
Countess™ Chamber Cell Counting Slide (page 15). Each slide contains
two closed chambers to contain the sample and allow you to
measure two different samples or perform replicates of the same
sample.
• The Countess™ II automated cell counter requires 10 seconds per
sample for a conventional cell count and is compatible with a
wide variety of eukaryotic cells. In addition to the counting and viability of
cells, the Countess instrument also provides information on the size
cells
